  • Passport Required: For all attendees, a valid passport is required to enter Mexico. For those traveling from the US and Canada, please make sure your passport is valid through the end of the event dates. Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • The hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from the CUN airport.  You will be provided transport upon arrival if you are arriving and departing on group dates. If you extend your trip prior to or after the event dates, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for airport transportation.

  • The official language in Mexico is Spanish so remember to be patient!
