Travel day to Cancun. A reminder to please use the CUN airport for flight booking.

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.

A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Lower.com sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Upon arrival, today is all yours to relax and explore the resort!

6:00-7:00pm - Welcome Reception. Join us tonight at the Mousai Ground Terrace to kick off a great long weekend in Cancun. Light appetizers and Drinks will be provided!

7:30 - 9:30pm: Small Group Dine Arounds - you will be enjoying dinner with small groups at different restaurants on property. The designated restaurant for you and your guest have been added to your Trip Plans itinerary.

For those looking for an evening nightcap, please join us at the Rooftop Bar after the dine arounds, the bar is open until 1:00 AM.

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at NOI from 7:00am - 12:00pm. 

9:00am - 11:30 am - Lower.com Business Meeting. Location: Sky Meeting Room. This meeting is required for all employees. 

Today is all yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

Whether you feel like daydreaming and taking in the incredible views from the Rooftop  or Beachfront infinity pool, sipping a cocktail in the swim-up bar, or putting your toes in the sand at Costa Mujeres Beach, located steps from your room, there’s plenty of fun to be had in the water. Located right next door, Garza Blanca Cancun has 8 outdoor heated swimming pools you have access to during your stay but a reminder that these pools are NOT Adults-only.

A reminder that you will get a check to sign every meal. Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room and you will be responsible to cover these charges. Any items on the menu with a small red chef symbol are not included in the all-inclusive package. Please check read the menu and check with your server prior to ordering!
