Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. A reminder that the Hotel Mousai Cancun is Adults Only, so all guests must be 18+.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by January 5th. All registrations must be received by January 23rd. Please make sure your registration is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to pay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the flight booking process?

All flights will be booked internally by Lower's planning team. Please contact Chastity Ward at chward@lower.com with flight booking questions.

A reminder that you will be flying in and out of the CUN Airport (Cancun International Airport). 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to CUN airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Lower sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport. 

For your transfer from Hotel Mousai to the CUN airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

If you extend your trip outside of the official event dates, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for airport transportation.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

For dinner at any of the restaurants on property the resort has an evening dress code. The resort asks that you please avoid the following:

  • All T-Shirts
  • Bathing Suits/Cover Ups
  • Flip-flops
  • Pool & Beach Footwear
  • Sportswear & Sneakers

The average temperature in Cancun for March  is 84° Fahrenheit.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What costs will be covered by Lower at Club?

Lower.com will be covering the cost of travel including: flights, transportation upon arrival and to the airport for your departing flight home from Mexico, hotel rooms, meals, and your chosen activity while on the Club trip.

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What do I need for check-in?

At check-in you will need to present two important things: 

  1. Passport- Valid Passport through your departure date is required at check-in.

  2. Credit Card - The hotel will ask for you to provide a credit card at the time of check-in. We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card as the debit card will actually debit funds for the hold, then redeposit them after your stay.

Anytime night or day, you can satisfy your cravings with a delicious meal, snack or signature beverage. With no limit on how much fine cuisine you can enjoy, this all-inclusive package at Hotel Mousai Cancun will leave your taste buds tingling.

24-Hour Room service. They offer 24-hour room service. Please refer to the in-room menu for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and nighttime serving hours. The room service menu is also available on the TV in your suite. 

Enjoy a wide selection of soft drinks, beers, wines by the glass, and premium domestic and international brands at the restaurants and bars of the hotel. We highly recommend being very specific with your drink choice when ordering beverages at the resort. Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
